Our Approach
Propel Property Leadership Academy's hybrid curriculum is structured across two phases and eight modules, taking participants from hands-on operations all the way through to independent business ownership.
Every element of the program is designed to build practical, immediately applicable skills, grounded in real properties, real platforms, and real business challenges.
1. From the Ground Up
Phase 1 establishes a rigorous operational foundation across property management, guest experience, revenue optimization, platform operations, maintenance coordination, and hospitality business systems, giving participants the field-ready competency to perform from day one.
2. Learn on Live Properties
Rather than simulated environments alone, participants complete supervised apprenticeships at active, licensed vacation rental properties, bringing classroom instruction into direct contact with the operational realities of the industry.
3. Operator to Owner
Phase 2 advances participants beyond the role of operator, covering business planning, financial leadership, team development, strategic growth, and a capstone business launch project that produces a complete, ready-to-implement business plan defended before faculty and mentors.
4. A Pathway Beyond Graduation
Certified graduates may enter the Business Incubator & Launch Program, a three-to-six-month mentorship offering that provides personalized coaching, proprietary operational systems, vendor network access, and business formation support to help alumni launch and sustain their own ventures.
